it is my pleasure to recommend Devang Shah., I worked for a employer in US and Processed my GC in EB3.
After i requested my employer to make amendment from EB3 to EB2. it is hard to get the approval for same employer for EB3 to EB2 porting. first time my labor got RFE and then second time Devang processed my labor without fee. this is helped me to get my green card in within 18 Months.
