We (my spouse, son and I) recently got our Green cards approved with Mr. Devang Shah’s office representing us. Mr. Shah was hired by my employer for immigration services for me. From the first conversation, he correctly predicted what to anticipate in my case. His expertise gave me confidence to continue with the firm, immediately after I talked with him. Since 2003 I am with Mr. Shah’s firm. Mr. Shah’s firm processed my all my H1-B renewals including green card. My green card journey was little bit complicated. In 2005 My green card labor stuck in the backlog and look more time than expected and my 6th year of H1-B was about end, only 15 days was left. Then Mr. Shah advised me to leave US so he can use this 15 days to file I-140 in premium processing after labor get approved and he can file my 3 years H1-B extension based on approved I-140.I did the same and I am able to come back to USA without any problem after staying in India about 5 months. This was Mr. Shah’s master stroke and that was light at the end of the tunnel for me.
