I am pleased to work with Devang and his team including Namrata on EB3 Skilled Visa. They learn your situation and status and based on that they come with solutions that works the best. They take every factor like visa bulletin, your status, period of stay, background into consideration and provide you with the best options for adjustment of status. They are not just some lawyers that know only how to fill out and send the forms, it is obvious that they have experience with some irregular cases as well including mine. My case was that I had other petition (EB2) filed with different lawyers while Shah and his team filed my EB3 Skilled Visa. They filed concurrently back in June, 2023. However, in December 2023, I received i131 and i765 denials by mistake of USCIS claiming that I don’t have pending i485.
