ALERT: USCIS FEE INCREASES
USCIS has increased the H-1B and I-140 Premium Processing fee from $2,500 to $2,805. This new amount is effective starting on Monday, February 26, 2024.
Additionally, USCIS has increased the fees to several immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions/applications. These new fees go into effect on April 1, 2024.

* At this point the Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee of $500 and the American Competitiveness and Workforce Improvement Act of 1998 (ACWIA) Fee of $750 or $1500 has not changed or increased.
** At present, it is not yet known if the filing fees for Forms I-765 and I-131 will continue to be waived when filing them together with Form I-485. We will notify you if USCIS will require a separate fee.
